Dr Roland Teare
GP, Sports Physician, GP Surgeon, Lecturer
Dr Teare initially trained in surgery in London, Reading and Exeter becoming a member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England before coming to Wiltshire to train as a GP where he is a GP Partner. He has a Masters degree in Sports and Exercise Medicine and teaches and examines on the University of Bath MSc Sports Medicine course. He has worked in a variety of sports and currently works in Rugby Union for both Bath Rugby and Premiership Rugby. He has worked in the Sports Injuries and Dance Medicine Clinic at the RUH in Bath since 2018 and enjoys helping both athletes and dancers of all levels return to fitness after acute and chronic injuries.
