Screening
Screening is a physical assessment and functional movement evaluation offered by dance specialist physiotherapists and physiologists. It is a valuable tool for dancers to improve their training and performance, understand their strengths and areas for development, prevent injuries and support overall well-being.
In partnership with One Dance UK, NIDMS Screening is offered to in London and the West Midlands.

Wellbeing Package
The Wellbeing Package is a physical, mental, and financial support service offering access to a range of benefits including private GP, counselling, and even legal advice. It provides around the clock ‘on demand’ access to professional and confidential advice, online, over the phone, and through the app.

Health Cash Plans are provided by BHSF as a part of One Dance UK membership.

Health Cash Plan
Health cash plans allow you to claim money back on a range of medical expenses, including: diagnostic procedures, physiotherapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, dental, optical, and hearing aids. They provide quick access to certain treatments, without the need for a GP referral and help dancers defray the cost of essential healthcare services.
In partnership with NIDMS, One Dance UK members can benefit from exclusive and discounted access to Health Cash Plans with BHSF.​
